Masterpack, established in 1981 is wholly-owned by Bidvest Paperplus (BPP), a mainstream division of Bidvest South Africa.
We specialise in the manufacture of folding cartons and package inserts for the Healthcare, Personal Care, Confectionery and other industries.
Our impressive 9 000 square metre facility creates ideal conditions for the production of world-class packaging products.
Our premises and equipment are aligned to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP standards). The layout and design enhances workflow, mitigates errors, enables best practice in cleaning and maintenance to prevent cross-product contamination and reduces the risk of foreign body exposure.
The prevalent Continuous Improvement culture ensures a high standard in the quality of products and safety of personnel. We have a staff complement of over 100 people, 84% are previously disadvantaged – of which 45% are female.
